Antonio served as a member of the Supervisory Board at APRITEL – Associação de Operadores de Telecomunicações – (Association of Telecommunications Operators) in Portugal; as CEO at APREGI – Associação de Prestadores de Registos de Domínios e Alojamentos (Association of Providers of Domain and Hosting Registration); as Operations Officer at Via Networks Inc., in Southern Europe; as vice president and leader of the hosting committee at ACEPI – Associação de Economia Digital (Association of Digital Economy) and, as a non-executive member of the Board of Directors at DNS.pt.

He founded Esoterica de Portugal, Amen Portugal, and Lunacloud; and is currently a member of the Executive Board of Claranet Group, serving as CEO of Claranet Portugal. He is also CEO for the Iberian & Latin America region and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Claranet Portugal, Claranet Technology S.A. (Brazil) and Claranet España and several other group’s subsidiaries.
He studied Computer Engineering at INSA Lyon, completed Erasmus in Computer Engineering at Instituto Superior Técnico de Portugal, and the General Management Program at Universidade Católica de Portugal.

Maria Fernanda dos Santos Teixeira

He worked at General Motors do Brasil, as a leader in several areas of technology; at Eletronic Data Systems (EDS), as Vice President of Operations (COO) Latin America and Vice President commercial Latin America, at ICT Group Corporation – Technology and BPO Services for financial segment as President Latin America; at First Data Corporation – Technology and Electronic Means of Payment-Financial Segment, as President First Data Brazil and Vice President of Operations Latin America.

He was a member of the Diversity Committee (Women in The Council) – IBGC, as Chairman of the Committee; the American Board – AMCHAM, as a Member of the Board of Directors, the IBGC/IFC/WCD, as Chairman of the Board; the Technology/Digital Transformation and Sustainability Committee – AMCHAM; and World Bank’s Gender&Development Washington as an Advisory Board.

He is currently Chairman of the Diversity and Inclusion Committee of the NGO AMCHAM, member of the Board of Directors of the NGO The Dialogue for Americas – Think Tank in Washington; Chairman of the Board of Directors of Pérola S/A; member of the Finance and Risks Committee of Raia Drogasil, member of the Audit Committee of the VAMOS Group; and member of the SIMPAR Group’s Audit Committee.

He has been a business student at Methodist University, specializing in marketing and economics at fundação Getúlio Vargas – FGV. He took complementary courses at INSEAD, executive leadership; at the Brazilian Corporate Governance Institute – IBGC, of Board Formation and Corporate Management; at Harvard Business School, “How to have efficient Boards & Board members”; and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology – MIT, digital transformation – organizational design.

He studied Physics and Computer Science (Hons) at Kings College London.

Adilson Magalhães CCO

He built his career initially in the area of controllership and ERP systems implementation, having worked in consultancies such as Takara Auditores and Delta Assessoria. He served as controller at Corpflex, being one of those responsible for the implementation of the governance system currently applied by the Company, transferring the model to the operational area, already as Service Officer. He worked at UPTIME, returning to the Company in 2019 to continue the work of quality assurance and control in the areas of operational service, projects and innovation. He is an accountant registered with the Regional Accounting Council – CRC, member of the National Association of Data Privacy Professionals – ANPPD and of the Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance – IBGC, having studied Accounting at Faculdades Integradas Campos Salles – FICS and is currently pursuing an MBA in projects at IBMEC.

Diego Vaz Cloud and Cybersecurity Officer

He served as an Infrastructure Consultant before joining CorpFlex, starting as a senior infrastructure analyst, responsible for coordinating the Datacenter area and evolving as a manager. He was responsible for architecting and migrating the private cloud to Equinix and implement its expansion. Currently, he holds the position of Private Cloud and Corporate Cyber Security Officer at the Company, with a total of 12 years in service. He holds a degree in Information Technology and an MBA in Cyber Security, Forensics, Ethical Hacking & Devescops from FIAP.

Roberto Giangiardi Sales Officer

Roberto Salvador Giangiardi Júnior, graduated in Administration from FIG with an MBA in Sales and Marketing from FGV, worked for more than 26 years at CorpFlex, one of the leading providers of private cloud and managed services in the country.

In his corporate career, he began his activities in 1993 as a support analyst for novell platforms, already in 2002 migrated to the commercial area, acting as
commercial manager, organizing and controlling sales and goals of the commercial team, from 2006 with the role of Commercial Director, acted in the challenge of exploring the Brazilian market offering the Cloud model as a service for mission-critical software companies, such as ERP, CRM and BI, boosting the SaaS model throughout the country, over the years and following the company’s growth, from 2010 was responsible for creating and structuring the farmer and hunter commercial area, areas that it leads so far.

Thiago Duarte Public Cloud Executive Officer

He has more than 25 years of experience in Information Technology, Digital Transformation, Innovation, Consulting and Project Management, in Brazilian and multinational companies such as: Amazon Web Services, Red Hat, Locicalis, T-Systems and HP.

Over this time he has built a solid career, working on several fronts in technology such as: Strategy, Governance, Architecture, Security, ERP, CRM, App Development, Infrastructure and Digital Transformation, Agile and Waterfall Methods, acting as a Client and Service Provider, which enables a more holistic view of client demands.

Thiago has a strategic vision with broad and deep knowledge, covering both technical and business aspects. He is results-oriented and highly engaged, with clear thinking and articulation, and enormous communication and presentation skills.
