Antonio served as a member of the Supervisory Board at APRITEL – Associação de Operadores de Telecomunicações – (Association of Telecommunications Operators) in Portugal; as CEO at APREGI – Associação de Prestadores de Registos de Domínios e Alojamentos (Association of Providers of Domain and Hosting Registration); as Operations Officer at Via Networks Inc., in Southern Europe; as vice president and leader of the hosting committee at ACEPI – Associação de Economia Digital (Association of Digital Economy) and, as a non-executive member of the Board of Directors at DNS.pt.

He founded Esoterica de Portugal, Amen Portugal, and Lunacloud; and is currently a member of the Executive Board of Claranet Group, serving as CEO of Claranet Portugal. He is also CEO for the Iberian & Latin America region and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Claranet Portugal, Claranet Technology S.A. (Brazil) and Claranet España and several other group’s subsidiaries.
He studied Computer Engineering at INSA Lyon, completed Erasmus in Computer Engineering at Instituto Superior Técnico de Portugal, and the General Management Program at Universidade Católica de Portugal.

Edivaldo worked at Schwing Equipamentos Industriais Ltda.; at Lafarge Braas Roofing Brasil Ltda.; at Contag Consultoria Empresarial S/C Ltda.; at Consutech Consulting Empresarial Ltda., as Financial Manager & Controllership; and at the Company, as Financial Manager, Controller, Chief Financial Officer, Vice President and currently as CEO.

He studied Accounting at the Monitor Institute and Financial Management at Centro Universitário das Faculdades Metropolitanas Unidas – FMU. He holds an Executive MBA in Financial Management, Controllership and Auditing from Fundação Getúlio Vargas and an MBA PDD/PAEX – Development Program at Faculdades Metropolitanas Unidas – FMU.

Maria Fernanda dos Santos Teixeira

He worked at General Motors do Brasil, as a leader in several areas of technology; at Eletronic Data Systems (EDS), as Vice President of Operations (COO) Latin America and Vice President commercial Latin America, at ICT Group Corporation – Technology and BPO Services for financial segment as President Latin America; at First Data Corporation – Technology and Electronic Means of Payment-Financial Segment, as President First Data Brazil and Vice President of Operations Latin America.

He was a member of the Diversity Committee (Women in The Council) – IBGC, as Chairman of the Committee; the American Board – AMCHAM, as a Member of the Board of Directors, the IBGC/IFC/WCD, as Chairman of the Board; the Technology/Digital Transformation and Sustainability Committee – AMCHAM; and World Bank’s Gender&Development Washington as an Advisory Board.

He is currently Chairman of the Diversity and Inclusion Committee of the NGO AMCHAM, member of the Board of Directors of the NGO The Dialogue for Americas – Think Tank in Washington; Chairman of the Board of Directors of Pérola S/A; member of the Finance and Risks Committee of Raia Drogasil, member of the Audit Committee of the VAMOS Group; and member of the SIMPAR Group’s Audit Committee.

He studied business administration with emphasis on finance at Binghamton University – School of Management. He holds an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management from IMD Business School in Switzerland and an Executive Development Program in Business Administration and Management from the Wharton School.

Marcos Andrade Pimentel CMO

Marcos Andrade Pimentel, who holds a degree in Advertising from Universidade Paulista with an MBA in Business Administration from FGV, founded one of the leading providers of private cloud and managed services in the country, CorpFlex, where since the beginning of his career he developed in the commercial and marketing areas.

In this corporate trajectory, he began in 2000 his activities as commercial manager, already in 2004 with the role of Expansion Director, was responsible for the work and evangelization of the Brazilian market, exploring the Cloud model, throughout its national territory, developed several commercial alliances with mission-critical software companies, such as ERP, CRM and BI, driving the SaaS model over these years and following the company’s growth, he was responsible for creating and structuring the company’s marketing and commercial area.

Adilson Magalhães CCO

He built his career initially in the area of controllership and ERP systems implementation, having worked in consultancies such as Takara Auditores and Delta Assessoria. He served as controller at Corpflex, being one of those responsible for the implementation of the governance system currently applied by the Company, transferring the model to the operational area, already as Service Officer. He worked at UPTIME, returning to the Company in 2019 to continue the work of quality assurance and control in the areas of operational service, projects and innovation. He is an accountant registered with the Regional Accounting Council – CRC, member of the National Association of Data Privacy Professionals – ANPPD and of the Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance – IBGC, having studied Accounting at Faculdades Integradas Campos Salles – FICS and is currently pursuing an MBA in projects at IBMEC.

André Oliveira COO

He contributed to Corpflex’s growth for over 13 years and returned to the company as head of the Operations Department. Before taking on the challenge of COO at the Company, he was a Statutory Officer for over 2 years at EQS S/A, a Telecom and Facility services company, responsible for the Company’s controllership and IT, reporting to the American Investment Fund Alothon. He was Chief Financial Officer at Corpflex for over 3 years, having previously held the positions of Controller and Controllership Manager, leading the controllership, solution architects, pricing department and interim management of the Company’s operational areas. For 2 years he was head of IT at the company SOMA Eventos and, for over 4 years, he was a specialist in the Novel network at Fundação Faculdade de Medicina of USP. He holds an MBA in Controllership and Finance from Fundação Getúlio Vargas – FGV and Fundação Don Cabral – FDC, as well as a degree in finance from Universidade de São Paulo – USP, UNICID.

Diego Vaz Cloud and Cybersecurity Officer

He served as an Infrastructure Consultant before joining CorpFlex, starting as a senior infrastructure analyst, responsible for coordinating the Datacenter area and evolving as a manager. He was responsible for architecting and migrating the private cloud to Equinix and implement its expansion. Currently, he holds the position of Private Cloud and Corporate Cyber Security Officer at the Company, with a total of 12 years in service. He holds a degree in Information Technology and an MBA in Cyber Security, Forensics, Ethical Hacking & Devescops from FIAP.

Diogo Barroso Santos Technology Officer

Has experience in Cloud Computing, Big Data & Analytics, Network & Cyber Security. He began his career in 1997 and in 2000 he ventured into the market, creating a technology services company that served small, medium, and large companies, such as C&A, Bradesco, and DAEE. In 2008 he was IT manager of a Call Center that provided services to Jequiti Group and faced the mission of updating the entire technology, providing cost reduction and improvement in service levels, and was recognized as the best partner that year. He worked for large companies such as HPE and Citibank, participated in the construction and evangelization of Cloud offerings at Telium and Matrix, until joining CorpFlex, in 2014, as Manager of Pre-Sales and Architecture. In 3 years he became CTO and also started to research new technological trends, to support the creation and evangelization of new products and cultures, focused on results. He studied Computer Science and Technology Management at Claretiano, specialized in Networks and Data Centers at Impacta and is currently studying Technology in Entrepreneurship and New Business at Mackenzie.

Murilo Hyai IR Officer

He was head of the Investor Relations, Asset Management and Economic Studies area at Sonae Sierra Brasil, having also led its IPO process. Previously, he served as Vice President at Banif Investment, in the Private Equity and Corporate Finance areas, as well as head of the M&A area at CPFL Energia. At Banco Santander, he served as Investment Banking and Equity Research analyst. He holds a degree in business administration from São Paulo School of Business Administration – FGV and an MBA from Cornell University Johnson Graduate School of Management.

Roberto Giangiardi Sales Officer

Roberto Salvador Giangiardi Júnior, graduated in Administration from FIG with an MBA in Sales and Marketing from FGV, worked for more than 26 years at CorpFlex, one of the leading providers of private cloud and managed services in the country.

In his corporate career, he began his activities in 1993 as a support analyst for novell platforms, already in 2002 migrated to the commercial area, acting as
commercial manager, organizing and controlling sales and goals of the commercial team, from 2006 with the role of Commercial Director, acted in the challenge of exploring the Brazilian market offering the Cloud model as a service for mission-critical software companies, such as ERP, CRM and BI, boosting the SaaS model throughout the country, over the years and following the company’s growth, from 2010 was responsible for creating and structuring the farmer and hunter commercial area, areas that it leads so far.

Romero Correia Controllership Officer

He began his career working in the venture capital sector by criatec fund being responsible for the analysis of investment thesis and development of business model of startups. After 2 years in the fund, he served as CFO of some of CRIATEC’s investments between 2010 and 2012. Also in 2012, already at Mandic S/A, a company invested by the global private equity fund Riverwood, Intel Capital and Ória Capital between 2012 and 2021, he was an analyst for FP&A, Controller and CFO having participated as a key person since the implementation of systems, internal controls, external audits and, mainly, 4 M&A operations, structuring and debt negotiation. After claranet’s acquisition of Mandic, he has been acting as Controller’s Director and is one of the responsible for the standardization of accounting, external auditing, integration and synergies of processes and systems between companies. Post-Graduated from Fundação Getúlio Vargas – FGV/RJ in Financial Management, Controllership and Audit, Accountant by PUC/SP registered with the Regional Accounting Council – CRC /SP, Business Administrator graduated from Integrated College of Recife. Romero Correia received honorable mention by the Brazilian Institute of Finance – IBEF/SP as a revelation in finance for his work in creating the Strategic Committee on Prices and Products developed at Mandic in 2015.

Tiago Gomes Cunha Legal Officer

He began his career in advocacy, assisting several companies in M&A operations, corporate reorganizations, complex business contracts, among other topics, through large offices in the country, such as Azevedo Sette Advogados, TozziniFreire Advogados and Martinelli Advogados. In the latter, he was responsible for the implementation and management of the corporate area in the state of São Paulo, since 2016. He later passed through Henares Advogados and, in 2021, migrated to the corporate area upon joining the Company, assuming its legal board, responsible for strategic legal matters, as well as civil, contractual, labor, tax, corporate and M&A matters. specialist in Business Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo – PUC-SP and graduated master’s degree in Commercial Law at the Law School of the University of São Paulo – USP.
