We are, since our foundation, a pioneer company in offering technology platforms to the Brazilian corporate world. Established on August 25, 1992, we started our operations as a professional integrator of information technology networks and solutions, helping companies manage their needs for infrastructure digitalization.
In parallel, in 1996, Claranet Group’s first company was founded in London – currently known as Claranet Group Limited – our parent company. Claranet emerges on the European market as a specialist in managed technology services for companies, early positioned as a pioneer in offering specialized technology focused on the corporate world.
In 2004 we started to be led by our shareholder and current CEO – Edivaldo Rocha – and entered the cloud computing market, in which we achieved a benchmark position as one of the main and most robust Private Cloud platforms in the country.
In 2015, 2bCapital, the renowned private equity manager controlled by Bradesco, invested in our Company through 2bCapital – Brasil Capital de Desenvolvimento I – Fundo de Investimento em Participações – Multiestratégia (“2bCapital”). 2bCapital, in addition to the capital contribution made as a shareholder, which enabled us to strenghten our operating investments, contributed to the improvement of our corporate governance, which adheres to the highest market standards.
At the end of 2016, Claranet Group made its first investment in Brazil, acquiring CredibiliT Tecnologia Ltda. (“CredibiliT”). CredibiliT was founded in 2009 and was early positioned as an innovative company in Public Cloud and one of the few domestic companies to achieve the Premier Consulting Partner status from Amazon Web Services. CredibiliT played an important role in the so-called journey to the cloud of relevant domestic and multinational companies in Brazil, a mission where we continue to be a reference.
In 2020, Claranet Group acquired the control of our Company – then named Corpflex Informática S.A. (“Corpflex”) – and we integrated our operation with CredibiliT operation, which in the meantime had changed its name to Claranet Brasil. The combination of our robust portfolio of Private Cloud solutions, with CredibiliT’s expertise in Public Cloud and the entire portfolio of technology and cybersecurity services of Claranet Group, allowed us to provide to our customers a complete offer of hybrid cloud and cybersecurity in Brazil, powered by the best technology available worlwide.
In 2021, upon the completion of the operational integration between Corpflex and Claranet Brasil, the latter was merged into our Company, which was renamed “Claranet Technology S.A.”.
In April 2021, we acquired Mandic S.A. – one of the most traditional companies in Brazilian technology market – which allowed us to be positioned as one of the largest and most robust technology companies in the market, with a portfolio that fully meets the technology needs from the corporate world, including cloud services, cybersecurity, data/DevOps and digital platforms in Brazil.
In 2023, we completed the acquisition of ADTsys Software S.A., a pioneering company in the cloud sector in Brazil. Founded in 2009, ADTsys has a strong focus on cloud and data management, with the strategy of using data to manage its clients’ businesses more efficiently.
Combining the expertise and know-how of the companies acquired, we have been in the Brazilian market for almost 30 years, innovating in various technology solutions that have boosted the businesses of companies of all sizes over the years, offering essential and innovative services so that companies can build their digital transformation journeys.

Until 2005, Claranet was expanding across Europe with managed network and hosting services
